Our School has several active music groups.

All the children from Y3 to Y6 learn to read music and play the Descant recorder with Mrs Savage.

Brass Group The group meet during the week in school with Mr Don-Duncan. Many of them join the local Pemberton Youth Band, conducted by Mr. Don-Duncan.They play various instruments including: Tuba, Euphonium, Cornet, Tenor Horn & Baritone.

Junior Choir Our choir includes children selected from each class from Y3 to Y6.They have won prizes in various competitions thanks to the excellent instruction from Miss Stone. Mr Don-Duncan usually accompanies the choir on keyboard.

Y6 Recorder Group This group have learned to play the Treble Recorder, which requires a different fingering system than Descant Recorder.They perform at many school functions.
