ECO
We are very excited that our consultant Mrs Dumican has been in school and along with our eco-guardians, has been planting bulbs and shrubs. As I am sure you are aware we now also have benches for the children to sit on and the pergola is in the process of being built.
WHEN SANTA GOT STUCK UP THE CHIMNEY!
a KS1 event
Wednesday 12th December
This year we have been fortunate enough to get this pantomime to come to us in our school hall. Pupils in KS1 have been practising all of the songs and are very excited. This event has been subsidised by school but I would ask for each pupil in reception, year 1 and year 2 to bring a voluntary contribution of £3.
SCHOOL PARKING
Would parents please make sure that they DO NOT block driveways around school or park on pavements as we have had numerous complaints from local residents. If the situation does not improve unfortunately the community police will have to become involved.
Last Friday we were appalled that a young child was almost knocked down on the staff car park. The reason we ask parents not to park on the staff car park is purely on the grounds of Health & Safety. We would ask that parents do not park on the staff car park as they may become embarrassed when asked to remove their vehicle.
