CORRECT SCHOOL UNIFORM
May we remind all parents that it is still winter uniform, and that ALL accessories MUST be in school colours i.e. hair clips, bobbles, and tights should be in red, black or white. If you need a copy of our strict uniform list please call into the school office and we can supply one. Thank you for your support in this matter.
FRONT LAWN
The children have planted some bulbs on the lawn at the front of school. As this is the first impression that visitors have of our school we try to keep it looking groomed. Please DO NOT allow children to run and play on the grass at the end of the school day.
PARENTS IDEAS
We are always looking to improve our school, if any parents have any ideas for school improvement please put them in writing and send them into school. Or alternatively come along to the next F.O.S.P.P.S. meeting we would love to see you.
Our Eco Guardians are progressing well towards gaining green flag accreditation for our school. The art club, under Mrs Atherton’s, watch are producing an incredible mural. The children are making and observing a wormery, and will soon be composting in the school grounds.
Mrs Atherton is collecting your Easter Egg boxes to re-cycle. We can use the box, the plastic egg shape and the coloured foil. Please send them into school after the Easter holiday.
Would any Parent / Grandparent like to volunteer to do some LIGHT gardening in school? We would like to plant some carrot seeds. Please contact Mrs Jackson.
